UOV Power Skating with Stan Keon
Thanks to one of the dedicated coaches and executive members Liz Cobb, UOV has 6 sessions of Power Skating with Stan Keon scheduled for Sept. - Nov.
Stan Keon is the Head Instructor & Director of the Astrolabe Hockey School. He has a
Level 5, Coaching Certificate (Advanced 2) is an Instructor in the National Coaches Certification Program (since 1979) and has over 30 years experience coaching competitive bantam, midget and junior hockey.
The girls will practice and learn vital skills and conditioning.
